Spielberger Organic 3-Flakes-Mixture. The package includes an organic mixture of millet flakes, rice flakes and buckwheat flakes. For the flake mixture the whole grain is steamed and then rolled into nice flakes. All of the ingredients of the whole grain remain.
Recipe: Simple vegetable cakes
500 g vegetables of your choice, 1 onion, 4 heaped tbsp. Organic 4-Grain Flakes, 3 tbsp. buckwheat flour, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. herb salt, 2 eggs, oil for frying

Grate the vegetables and finely chop the onion. Mix everything together in a bowl very well and knead into a dough. Let it rest for at least 1 hour. Heat the oil in a pan, add the single cakes to the pan with the spoon and fry until golden-yellow at medium heat. They taste warm and cold.
