Sonnentor Alles im Grünen Organic Salad Seasoning. This organic salad seasoning sets many colourful accents. Its diverse aroma slowly unfolds. An aromatic herbal mix with a spicy note of wild garlic. It belongs to salad, but if you better want to have soup instead of salad, feel free! It is also highly recommended in spreads or with pasta dishes. In addition to the visual enjoyment, the culinary herbal aroma does not come up short.

Recipe tip: Orange avocado salad

Ingredients (for 4 people as a starter, for 2 people as a main course):

250 g quinoa

3 large oranges

2 (soft) avocados

Celeriac

Preparation:

Wash the quinoa in a sieve, drain and bring to a boil with twice the amount of water, salt and plenty of the Organic Salad Seasoning. Simmer until the quinoa has absorbed all of the liquid. Set aside and allow to cool down.

In the meantime, peel, fillet and cut two oranges into thin slices. Squeeze the third orange. Then peel the avocados and cut them first into strips, then into pieces sized approx. 1-2 cm.

Wash three to four stalks of celery and cut into thin slices.

For the dressing mix the orange juice with salt, a little pepper and plenty of olive oil.

First fold the oranges and the celery into the lukewarm quinoa, then add the dressing and mix well. At the end, carefully fold in the avocados.

Let the salad steep for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle a bit of the Organic Salad Seasnoning on the salad and plate.
