: Review date:Barley grass is supposed to be good, my friend says. And she knows it from her therapist. So I took it and swallowed it. I've been taking it for two weeks now. Gerstengras in Pulverform soll ja gut sein. Zum Glück gibts das in Kapseln, denn als Pulver, ich weiß nicht … Habe es jetzt seit 3 Wochen regelmäßig zu mir genommen. Bekommt mir gut und ich fühle mich auch so. Einzig die einzunehmende Menge ist etwas viel.
