Wash hands, fold and insert Selenacup as shown on the package (moisten slightly if necessary or use water-soluble gel).
Take out after 8-12 hours at the latest. Drain and rinse with cold water. Then insert again.

When properly inserted, the Selenacup unfolds completely in the vagina. To ensure the correct position, you can try turning the Selenacup slightly at the bottom. A properly inserted Selenacup should not turn and remain in the same position through your vaginal muscles.

Only suitable for use at home. Application outside the home impractical and a mess and therefore unhygienic. Attacks the tissue because the chamber is closed and moist. Templates are not saved because it is difficult to find the right time to empty them.

Nur für zu Hause geeignet. Anwendung außer Haus unpraktisch und eine Sauerei und dadurch unhygienisch. Greift das Gewebe an weil geschlossene feuchte Kammer. Vorlagen werden dadurch nicht gespart weil Abpassen des richtigen Zeitpunktes zum Entleeren schwierig.

Really a very good invention. It could have been thought of earlier. Keeps tight, is comfortable to wear, you hardly feel it. In addition, it is very cheap compared to tampons. And it's environmentally friendly because you don't produce any waste. So I'm satisfied and won't be using anything else for the foreseeable future.

Wirklich eine sehr gute Erfindung. Hätte man schon früher drauf kommen können. Hält dicht, lässt sich angenehm tragen, man spürt sie kaum. Zudem kommt dazu, das es gegenüber Tampons sehr preiswert ist. Und es ist umweltfreundlich, da man keinen Abfall produziert. Also ich bin zufrieden und werde auf absehbare Zeit nicht anderes mehr benutzen.
