Schär Baking Mixture Pancakes & Waffles, gluten-free. Make a batter for delicious pancakes for breakfast or brunch in no time at all. Alternatively, you can also make a batter for delicious waffles.
Preparation Pancakes (for 7-8 pancakes)
You will also need: 2 eggs, 180 ml milk.
Optional: 20 g melted butter, 45 g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Mix 130 g of the baking mixture with the remaining ingredients to make a smooth batter.
- Leave the batter to rest briefly. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Optionally, add a little oil to the pan and spread the batter in batches (depending on the size you want).
- As soon as small bubbles form on the surface, turn the pancakes over and bake the second half until golden brown.
Serving tip: Refine with maple syrup and fresh berries.
Preparation waffles (for 3-4 waffles)
You will also need: 2 eggs, 45g sugar, 40g soft butter, 250 ml milk.
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter until foamy. Optionally add vanilla extract.
- Stir in 195 g baking mix.
- Add milk gradually and stir until a smooth batter is formed.
- Bake the waffles in batches in a hot, greased waffle iron until golden brown and serve hot.
Serving tip: Refine the waffles with icing sugar, cinnamon, vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
