Sarchio Bio Farina di Ceci. Chickpeas (Cicer arietinum L.) are a pulse that has been used since ancient times, mainly as a dried ingredient. This chickpea flour is obtained by simply grinding hulled chickpeas. It has a characteristic pale yellow colour and can be used in a variety of recipes. Particularly good when mixed with other flours to bake sweet or savoury dishes, biscuits, cakes, and bread.
