Preparation of herbal, fruit and spice teas:Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes.
Then remove the filter bag.

Preparation of Chai, Snow Queen, Winter Gnome, St Lucia and Russian Winter:
As above, only with 250 ml boiling water.

Preparation of green tea:
Bring fresh water to the boil and leave to cool to 70 to 80°C for approx. 5 minutes. Pour 200 ml of the cooled water over the filter bag in a cup and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then remove the filter bag.

I like to buy the calendar again and again throughout the winter. At home, it is then transferred to my tea box. In the evening, we reach in blindly and enjoy a hot surprise tea. The spiced teas are delicious (especially at Christmas time) but this calendar really shines with the herbal teas, which are top-notch.

Ich kauf den Kalender der ganzen Winter immer wieder gerne nach. Zuhause wird er dann in meine Teebox umgefüllt. Abends greifen wir blind rein und genießen einen heißen Überraschungs-Tee. I have been buying Salus teas for a long time, and last year I bought the calendar here. Last year I gave it to my husband as a gift, this year I'm buying two, because I was too often jealous of the great teas that you can get to know through the calendar. The tea box is designed as a beautiful stand. It can be opened at the bottom of the stand and one tea can be taken out at a time. The tea bags are not numbered, but can be taken out of the tea box in the order given. The enclosed story booklet is a little Christmas story called Hauswichtel Matti zieht ein. Certainly a nice idea for reading aloud to children. Whether all the calendars contain the same story, I don't know. At the end of the booklet I found a recipe for a magical rooibos chai tea. Sounds interesting. Maybe I will try this out for the 2nd Advent. Since I love drinking different Salus teas, I find the tea calendar a nice little gift for Advent and give it to colleagues and friends. I also ordered a tea box for myself, as I don't know all the Salus teas yet, so I can try them out first before buying a whole pack of each tea. I really like the look of the tea calendar, so I would definitely recommend it.

Die Teebeutel sind nicht nummeriert, aber lassen sich in der angegebenen Reihenfolge aus der Teebox entnehmen. Das beigefügte Geschichtsbüchlein ist eine kleine Weihnachtsgeschichte namens Hauswichtel Matti zieht ein. Zum Vorlesen für Kinder sicherlich eine schöne Idee. Ob in allen Kalendern die gleiche Geschichte enthalten ist, weiß ich nicht. Am Ende des Heftchens habe ich noch ein Rezept zu einem zauberhaften Rooibos-Chai Tee gefunden. Klingt interessant. Vielleicht werde ich dieses zum 2. Advent mal ausprobieren. Da ich sehr gerne verschiedene Salus-Tees trinke, finde ich den Teekalender eine schöne kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Adventszeit und verschenke ihn an Kollegen und Freunde. Ich habe auch für mich eine Teebox mitbestellt, da ich noch nicht alle Salus-Teesorten kenne und so Tees erstmal ausprobieren kann, bevor ich mir gleich eine ganze Packung von jedem Tee kaufe. The advent calendar itself is not really of high quality. In the end, it's a normal tea box and a thin cardboard box with the motif on the front. A calendar usually has numbered doors, but not this one. However, the price is unbeatable. Just think that it contains 24 different tea bags in organic quality. I'm particularly looking forward to the Russian Winter Tea again. In my opinion, it is the best fruit tea I have ever tasted.

What I particularly like about the Salus tea calendar is the choice of contents: It contains not only the usual herbal and fruit teas, but also chai creations and even a blend with Bach flowers. So you can test out the Salus range at your leisure without having to order a whole pack straight away. The calendar also serves as a small but nice Christmas decoration on my desk at work! :)

Am Salus Teekalender gefällt mir besonders die Auswahl des Inhalts: Es sind nicht nur gewöhnliche Kräuter- und Früchtetees drin, sondern auch Chai-Kreationen und sogar eine Mischung mit Bachblüten. Ein wirklich sehr hübsch gestalteter Kalender mit ganz unterschiedlichen Teekreationen. Ich habe mir die Sorten in Ruhe durchgelesen und daraufhin den Kalender bestellt. Anstatt langweiliger Alltagsmischungen enthält er eigentlich nur unbekannte aber interessant klingende Teespezialitäten, die einen schon beim Lesen neugierig auf den Geschmack machen. Durch so einen Kalender kann man problemlos auch mal einen Tee probieren, bei dem man sich nicht sicher ist und sich auch nicht trauen würde, gleich die ganze Packung zu kaufen. Er bietet somit eine gute Möglichkeit, neue Teemischungen kennen und lieben zu lernen. Mir z.B. schmeckt der Winterwichtel sehr gut. Den kannte ich vorher gar nicht.

I am always on the lookout for a special Advent calendar. I don't really like chocolate. I don't care for other sweets either. By chance, I came across the tea advent calendar from Salus. It is filled with many different kinds of tea that you can try during the pre-Christmas period. Behind each door is a different type of tea, which not only tastes delicious, but is also very good for me. In this way, I have already tried many new types of tea that I would never have drunk otherwise. The quality is very good, as you would expect from Salus. The teas are conveniently packaged and are a real treat for the senses.

Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach einem besonderen Adventskalender. Schokolade esse ich nicht so gerne. Auch aus anderen Süßigkeiten mache ich mir nichts. Per Zufall kam ich auf den Tee Adventskalender von Salus. Er ist gefüllt mit vielen, verschiedenen Teesorten, die man während der vorweihnachtlichen Zeit probieren kann. Dabei hat man hinter jedem Türchen eine andere Teesorte, die nicht nur lecker schmeckt, sondern mir auch sehr gut bekommt. Auf diese Weise habe ich schon viele neue Teesorten probiert, die ich sonst nie getrunken hätte. Die Qualität ist, wie man es von Salus gewohnt ist, sehr gut. Die Tees sind praktisch verpackt und sind ein wahrer Genuss für die Sinne.

I buy the Salus tea advent calendar not only before Advent, but as soon as it is available again. All the teas taste great and are usually quite unusual. So I can always treat myself to a little tea break during work and it doesn't get boring! There are fruity varieties such as Cool Cassis with blackcurrants and mint, white tea and spiced tea such as Ginger Orange Spicy. Because of the variety, I was able to try out different flavours and then bought each one separately. I can't imagine my life without the Salus Chocolate Chily Tea in particular! It warms me from the inside and calms me down a lot when I'm upset or stressed (my personal tip!). It's also a great idea to give as a gift!

Den Salus Tee Adventskalender kaufe ich nicht nur vor dem Advent, sondern sobald er wieder lieferbar ist. Alle Teesorten schmecken super und sind meist ziemlich außergewöhnlich. So kann ich mir während der Arbeit immer mal eine kleine Teepause gönnen und es wird nicht langweilig! Es gibt fruchtige Sorten wie Cool Cassis mit schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Minze, weißen Tee und Gewürztee wie zum Beispiel Ingwer Orange-Spicy. Durch die Vielfalt konnte ich verschiedene Sorten ausprobieren und hab mir danach die jeweiligen Sorten einzeln gekauft. Besonders der Salus Schoko-Chily-Tee ist bei mir nicht mehr wegzudenken! Er wärmt von innen und beruhigt mich unheimlich bei Ärger und Stress (mein persönlicher Tipp!). Auch zum Verschenken eine tolle Idee!
