: Review date:An interestingly composed drink with a subtle bitter flavour. The herbal blend of the non-alcoholic Salus Aperino reminds me of light malt beer in terms of colour. The slightly grey-brown sediment at the bottom of the bottle disperses evenly after a short shake. In terms of flavour, the turmeric and ginger are rather subtly integrated - in fact, I only really notice them when you know that they are included. But that's also the advantage of the aperitif from my point of view, because I don't always have to immediately taste how healthy the products I'm consuming are. That's why I don't just enjoy an aperitivo in the traditional way before a meal, but also after as a digestive (or, crazily, just between meals!) Who says you have to stick to labelling guidelines? ;-) Definitely give it a try!
Ein interessant komponiertes Getränk mit feiner Bitternote. Die Kräutermischung des alkoholfreien Salus Aperino erinnert mich farblich an helles Malzbier. Der leicht grau-braune Absatz am Flaschenboden verteilt sich nach kurzem Schütteln wieder gleichmäßig. Geschmacklich sind Kurkuma und Ingwer eher dezent eingebunden - tatsächlich nehme ich sie erst richtig wahr, wenn man weiß, dass sie enthalten sind. Doch das ist zugleich auch der Vorteil des Aperinos aus meiner Sicht, denn ich muss ja nicht immer sofort schmecken, wie gesund die Produkte sind, die ich zu mir nehme. Ich genieße den Aperitivo deshalb auch nicht nur klassisch vor, sondern auch gern nach dem Essen als Digestivo (oder ganz verrückt auch einfach so Zwischendurch!) – wer sagt denn, dass man sich an Etikettenvorgaben halten muss? ;-) Unbedingt einmal ausprobieren!

Ganz ganz starkes Sommergetränk! Die Zutaten klingen zwar eher nach Winter oder Medizin, davon merkt man aber NICHTS. Schmeckt einfach nur wunderbar frisch. Ein Glas kaltes Wasser, vorzugsweise mit Eis, Spritzer Zitrone und nach Verfügbarkeit Minze, Basilikum, oder was mir sonst noch in die Hände fällt - einfach ein absoluter Traum!

Ich finde den Aperitif super, besser als alle mit Alkohol. Schöne Bitternote! Ich mag ihn einfach mit Wasser verdünnt, aber sogar pur finde ich ihn gut. Ich hab ihn übrigens auch schon, da nicht täglich getrunken, viel länger aufgehoben als angegeben, und bisher ist er nicht schlecht geworden. Und ja, geht auch als "Schnäpschen" nach dem Essen. Lecker!
