I have tried at least 20 different types of dried tomatoes from various organic producers, and something always bothered me. Either the tomatoes were too sour because of too much vinegar or lemon, or they were far too salty, or they had too little flavour, or they were too soft or mushy. These are the dried tomato revelation for me. Perfect consistency, the amount of salt is just right and rather low, even when you bite down on the tomatoes, just a slight but delicious acidity in the aftertaste and also the tomatoes themselves taste intense and delicious. The fine rosemary enhances the flavour of the tomatoes wonderfully. Will buy again immediately =)

Ich habe gefühlt schon mindestens 20 Sorten getrocknete Tomaten von verschiedenstens Bioherstellern probiert, immer hat mich irgendwas gestört. Entweder waren die Tomaten zu sauer weil zu viel Essig oder Zitrone, oder sie waren viel zu salzig, oder sie hatten zu wenig Eigengeschmack, oder sie waren zu weich oder matschig. Diese hier sind für mich die getrocknete Tomatenoffenbarung. Perfekte Konsistenz, die Salzmenge ist genau richtig und eher gering, auch wenn man auf die Tomaten draufbeißt, nur eine leichte aber leckere Säure im Nachgeschmack und auch die Tomaten selbst schmecken intensiv und lecker. Der feine Rosmarin verstärkt den Eigenschmack der Tomaten noch ganz wunderbar. Wird sofort nachgekauft =)
