Sauté the risotto mixture briefly in a little butter or olive oil, deglaze with a little white wine. Gradually add water (approx. 500 ml) until the risotto is nice and creamy. It is important to keep stirring the risotto throughout the cooking process. Cooking time: approx. 20-25 minutes.
Tip: Mix in freshly grated Parmesan before serving.
