Rapunzel Organic Couscous

Made from durum wheat semolina, pre-cooked

Rapunzel Organic Couscous. North African traditional grain made from durum wheat semolina, pre-cooked. Couscous is very versatile. Quick preparation in only 5 minutes. In combination with legumes such as chickpeas, nice with vegetables, delicious in salads or with sweet ingredients for example figs, dates or raisins.
Oriental cous-cous salad (for 4 persons)
Prepare 150 g of cous-cous according to the basic recipe. Add 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons Condimento Bianco, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon grated orange peel and sea salt. To the cooled cous-cous 70 g raisins, 2 - 3 candied ginger sticks (small cut), 40 g dates (small cut), 100 g cashew split and freshly chopped parsley.

Pour approx. 300 ml hot water over 250 g cous-cous, cover and leave to swell for approx. 5 min. Use a fork to fluff it up.
