Rapunzel Couscous. Nordafrikanisches Traditionsgetreide aus Hartweizengrieß, vorgekocht. Vielseitig verwendbar und in nur 5 Minuten zubereitet. In Kombination mit Hülsenfrüchten, wie zum Beispiel Kichererbsen, passend zu Gemüse, lecker auch kalt als Salat oder in Verbindung mit süßen Zutaten wie Feigen, Datteln oder Rosinen.

Prepare 150 g of cous-cous according to the basic recipe. Add 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons Condimento Bianco, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon grated orange peel and sea salt. To the cooled cous-cous 70 g raisins, 2 - 3 candied ginger sticks (small cut), 40 g dates (small cut), 100 g cashew split and freshly chopped parsley.

Anwendung:
