Rapunzel Organic Condimento Bianco. Condiment produced in the province of Modena/northern Italy. Grape must made exclusively from white grapes of the Trebbiano variety and other grape varieties of the region is heated under vacuum and thickened, which is how Condimento Bianco retains its light colour. After mixing with white wine vinegar, the mixture is only filtered. Because of its amber colour, it is well suited for light salad dressings and dips. The mild aroma and incomparable bouquet, which is determined by a harmonious balance of sweet and sour, makes Condimento Bianco a versatile condiment. For salads, cold and warm vegetable dishes, sauces, light soups as well as for fish and meat.

I usually like Rapunzel products, but I don't like the vinegar. It is too intense for me. The balsamic vinegar from other companies is much milder and has a more pleasant taste.

Ich mag sonst die Rapunzelprodukte, allerdings der Essig schmeckt mir nicht. Er ist mir zu intensiv. Bei anderen Firmen ist der Balsamico viel milder und angenehmer im Geschmack.
