Application:

Preheat the oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat. Moisten the baguette and bake on the rack (middle shelf) for approx. 10 mins until crispy. Check for browning and crispiness. Alternatively, toast slices cut diagonally until crispy.

I know something better! Demeter or not: neither appealing nor tasty; what are sprouted spelt grains doing in there? They are heated up anyway and thus robbed of their value. Ate it last night and thought it was nothing special; with yeast instead of sourdough; with rock salt instead of sea salt; what a shame! Nothing beats spelt bread from l'Angélus! May they be available here again soon!

Da kenne ich etwas Besseres! Demeter hin oder her: weder gefallen noch geschmeckt; Was machen gekeimte Dinkelkörner da drin? Diese werden doch eh hoch-erhitzt und damit ihres Werts beraubt. Gestern Abend gegessen und für nichts besonderes gehalten; mit Hefe statt mit Sauerteig; mit Steinsalz statt mit Meersalz; Schade! Nichts geht über DinkelBrote von l'Angélus! Mögen diese bald wieder hier verfügbar sein!
