Heat mushrooms completely before serving!
1. Put the desired amount of mushrooms in a heat resistant pan.
2. Pour boiling water over the mushrooms until they are covered with water.
3. Let them swell for about 15 minutes. Drain them and catch the brew. Wash mushrooms briefly under running water.
4. Filter the brew with a cloth or coffee filter and use it during cooking.

: Review date:The dried porcini mushrooms from Wohlrab are very good, unfortunately I can't say the same about the morels: the morels were very large and only very little aromatic, i.e. the typical morel flavour could not establish itself in my original French morel cream sauce, which was disappointing :-(.
As morels are very expensive, I would not buy them again.
Die getrockneten Steinpilze von Wohlrab sind sehr gut, leider kann ich das von den Morcheln nicht behaupten: die Morcheln waren sehr groß und nur sehr wenig aromatisch, d.h. der typische Morchelgeschmack konnte sich in meiner original französischen Morchelrahmsauce nicht etablieren, das war enttäuschend :-(.
Da Morcheln sehr teuer sind, würde ich sie nicht mehr kaufen.
