: Review date:The Bruderhahn idea is great, which is why I bought the sausage. The spices are well balanced and the taste is really very good, not as terribly salty as conventional meat sausage. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the assessment regarding the sodium nitrite, it's a pity that they don't use sea salt, the price is high enough to use a high-quality salt. However, the positive features outweigh the negative ones so clearly that I only deduct one star for this and hope the producer changes this one ingredient.
Die Bruderhahn-Idee ist klasse, deshalb habe ich die Wurst auch gekauft. Die Gewürze sind gut aufeinander abgestimmt und der ist Geschmack wirklich sehr gut, nicht so furchtbar salzig wie konventionelle Fleischwurst. Leider muss ich mich der Bewertung bzgl. des Natriumnitrits anschließen, schade dass man nicht auf Meersalz setzt, der Preis ist schließlich hoch genug um ein hochwertiges Salz zu benutzen. Allerdings überwiegen die positiven Merkmale so deutlich, dass ich dafür nur einen Stern abziehe und hoffe der Produzent ändert diese eine Zutat.
