For one serving:
8 Tbs (about 80 g) wishing table, 320 ml of water or vegetable broth,herb salt, possibly 1-2 tbs cream cheese, pesto, vegetable oil (eg linseed added after cooling), butter or cream

Give Wishing table 320 ml of water and bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Let simmer on low level about 4-5 minutes. Stir. Refine with salt ar cream cheese to taste.

I'm really a fan of quinoa, millet, bulgur, couscous and whatever else there is. And then in combination with vegetables. There is nothing tastier for me. There is nothing else in the Jentschura ready meal. I deliberately ordered the middle package because I really wanted to try it. The preparation was easy and it tasted good. However, I had to season it a bit, especially with salt. For me as a single person who doesn't want to spend hours cooking, but still doesn't want to miss out on good quality, it's ideal. Probably completely uninteresting for whole families because of the high price, which I find a bit of a shame because the mixture is really delicious.

Ich bin wirklich ein Fan von Quinoa, Hirse, Bulgur, Couscous und was es da noch so alles gibt. Und dann noch in Verbindung mit Gemüse.. Gibt für mich nichts leckereres. In dem Fertiggericht von Jentschura ist auch nichts anderes drin. Ich hab mir bewusst gleich die mittlere Packung bestellt, weil ich das unbedingt probieren wollte. Die Zubereitung war easy, geschmeckt hat's mir auch. Ich musste allerdings etwas nachwürzen, vor allem nachsalzen. Für mich als Alleinstehende, die keine Lust hat, sich stundenlang mit Kochen zu beschäftigen, aber trotzdem nicht auf gute Qualität verzichten möchte, optimal. Für ganze Familien aufgrund des hohen Preises vermutlich komplett uninteressant, was ich etwas schade finde, weil die Mischung wirklich lecker ist.
