I currently have a cold and take 3 drops with lukewarm water after breakfast and 3 drops after dinner. I have the feeling that the cough has already become less. The small bottle is sufficient for me, as I only take a total of 6 drops daily.

Aktuell bin ich erkältet und nehme nach dem Frühstück und nach dem Abendessen je 3 Tropfen mit lauwarmen Wasser. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Husten bereits weniger geworden ist. Die kleine Flasche ist für mich ausreichend, da ich täglich nur insgesamt 6 Tropfen nehme.

I have just had a cold recently. A few of the drops in a hot bowl, a towel over my head and inhale. It really did me good. Afterwards I rubbed the oil on my chest and lay down. At least I got a few hours of sleep again and, above all, air through my nose. The drops had the same effect on me as some of the overpriced stuff from the pharmacy.

Ich hatte jetzt erst vor kurzem eine Erkältung. Ein paar von den Tropfen in eine heiße Schüssel, ein Handtuch über den Kopf und inhalieren. Das hat mir wirklich gut getan. Im Anschluss habe ich mir das Öl noch auf die Brust gerieben und mich hingelegt. Ich habe zumindest wieder ein paar Stunden Schlaf und vor allem Luft durch die Nase bekommen. Die Tropfen haben bei mir das gleiche bewirkt wie so manch überteuertes Zeug von der Apotheke.

In my opinion, Olbas drops should not be missing from any medicine cabinet. The drops help me with colds, toothaches, gum problems and also pimples. I either dilute two to three drops with water and drink this or I apply the drops directly to the spots. However, one should be careful in the area around the eyes, as the peppermint vapours irritate the eyes.

Olbas Tropfen dürfen meiner Meinung nach in keinem Arzneischrank fehlen. Mir helfen die Tropfen bei Erkältung, Zahnschmerzen, Zahnfleischproblemen aber auch Pickeln. Entweder verdünne ich zwei bis drei Tropfen mit Wasser und trinke dies oder ich trage die Tropfen direkt auf die Stellen auf. Man sollte jedoch in dem Bereich um die Augen vorsichtig sein, da die Pfefferminzdämpfe die Augen reizen.
