Naturata Organic Whole Grain Rice Spaghetti. The production process of rice pasta requires a lot of experience. The drying of the pasta is much slower and gentler than with durum wheat pasta. The gluten free alternative made from wholemeal rice flour tastes well with tomato sauce and bolognese - just like classic durum wheat pasta - but also tastes great with finely chopped garlic cloves and extra virgin olive oil.

A freshly harvested rice grain consists of the inedible husk, the germ, various layers of the silver skin and the rice kernel. For white rice, the husk, germ and silver skin are removed. This step is called "polishing". In contrast, whole-grain rice still contains all the components of the grain except for the husk. Whole grain rice is therefore also called unpolished brown rice. Because of the vital substance-rich germ and the fibre-rich silverskin, whole-grain rice is generally more nutritious than white rice.

I have tried many gluten-free pastas. This spaghetti is the best. My children didn't notice the difference to spelt spaghetti :-)

Ich hab schon viele glutenfreie Nudeln ausprobiert. Diese Spaghetti sind die besten. Meine Kinder haben den Unterschied zu Dinkel Spaghetti nicht bemerkt :-)

Very good tasting rice spaghetti, can be cooked well, even in less water, so that the cooking water is used up at the end and they still don't stick and have a nice consistency.

Sehr gut schmeckende Reis-Spaghetti, lassen sich gut kochen, auch in weniger Wasser, sodass das Kochwasser am Schluss aufgebraucht ist und sie trotzdem nicht kleben und eine schöne Konsistenz haben.
