Application:

Mix 7 parts of Luvos Healing Earth 2 hautfein with 3 parts of water for a creamy paste in a bowl.

Applications:
For the supportive treatment of: acne; oily, blemished and inflammatory skin, eczemas and rashes, allergies, neurodermatitis, psoriasis (relieve itchy skin), cellulite.
For supportive treatment in: inflammation in the oral cavity up to the throat as well as bad breath, inflammation and pressure marks caused by dental protheses, inflammation of the stomach, intestines and urinary tract, therapy to reduce fever, burns, sunburn, insect bites, superficial phlebitis (varices for example) and inflammation of the lymphatics, ulcerated wounds, small, weeping ulcers, rheumatic complaints
To relieve bruises, contusions, sprains.
Skin and hair care: face mask, peeling, for flaky and itchy scalp, hair wash.

The different applications at a glance:
Luvos Healing Earth face mask:
Apply the freshly mixed paste to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area and lips. After approx. 20-30 minutes, the face mask is dry. If you apply the paste in a thicker layer, it will take a little longer. An earthy yellow colour without dark spots (residual moisture) means that the mask is completely dry. The mask can be removed before it is completely dry if the skin is particularly sensitive. If you have very oily or flaky skin, you should use the face mask 2-3 times a week at first, later one mask a week is sufficient. Remove the mask with lukewarm water. You can also combine the removal of the mask with a peeling. Temporary feelings of tension after application may result from the active principle of the healing clay.

Luvos Healing Earth peeling:
Gently rub off the face mask with your hands or a cloth to remove dead skin flakes.

Luvos Healing Earth poultice for eczemas, rashes, allergies, neurodermatitis and psoriasis:
A gently cooling poultice is applied with Luvos Healing Earth. After the healing clay has dried, it is rinsed off with water.

Luvos Healing Earth wraps or rather for cellulite:
Apply the poultice to the affected areas for approx. 20-30 minutes. Then rub off the healing clay with a cloth and rinse off any remains with clear water. The manufacturer recommends regular use of wraps (2-3 times per week).
Air-permeable linen or cotton cloths that are dipped in water and wrung out before treatment are well suited for a wrap. The paste of healing clay is applied directly to the area to be treated and wrapped with the damp wrap. Alternatively, the paste can also be applied to the cloth, which is then wrapped around the body part. Place a larger dry linen or cotton cloth, which is also permeable to air, over the wrapping cloth. Fasten this with safety pins. It should be noted that the application of healing clay can leave behind brown discolouration that cannot be washed out, especially on light-coloured textiles.
Duration of application: for cold applications, the wrap is removed again as soon as a feeling of warmth appears.
Warm poultices are removed after they have dried completely so that they may develop their effect over a longer period of time, which can take up to two hours depending on the size of the area.

Luvos Healing Earth for inflammations:
Luvos Healing Earth is applied directly to wounds and inflammatory areas as an ointment-like paste. These include burns, sunburn, insect bites, superficial phlebitis (varices for example) and inflammation of the lymphatics.
The larger the area to be treated, the thinner the healing clay paste should be applied: pencil-thick on larger areas, finger-thick on smaller areas. Wrap a damp poultice around the area and cover with a dry cloth.

Luvos Healing Earth used in dry form:
Dry powdered healing clay is used on wounds that bleed or produce secretions.

Luvos Healing Earth mouth douches and gingiva cover:
Mix one tablespoon of Luvos Healing Earth in half a glass of lukewarm water - even better in camomile tea. Rinse or gargle several times a day for a few days until the discomfort subsides. You can also make a paste of Luvos Healing Earth and lukewarm camomile tea, which you apply thickly to the gums or the mucous membrane of the mouth.
Note for wearers of dental protheses: rinse the mouth thoroughly with lukewarm water or chamomile tea before replacing the dental prothesis.

Luvos Healing Earth for muscle and joint pain:
Cold applications are used for acute inflammatory complaints such as arthritis or bruises, contusions and sprains (sports injuries).
Warm applications are mainly used for creeping degenerative complaints such as arthrosis.
