Preparation
250 g of chicken meat, 250 g vegetables (for example bell pepper, spring onion, zucchini, sugar snaps, mushrooms), 200 ml coconut milk
- Slice the chicken and fry in hot oil. Cut vegetables into chunks and fry for a short time.
- Add the coconut milk, 100 ml of water and the seasoning mixture.
- Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 2-3 minutes at low heat. Serve with rice.
