Preparation:
Ingredients: 3 salmon fillets (approx. 350 g in total), 200 g of cream
  1. Place salmon fillets (fresh, thawed or frozen) in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix 100 ml of cold water, cream and seasoning mixture, then pour over the salmon.
  3. Cook in preheated oven at top / bottom heat 200° C (hot air 180° C) for approx. 25 minutes (frozen salmon approx. 30 minutes). Serve with rice or potatoes.

It tasted good to us. The preparation is relatively simple, it is quite quick and what ends up on the plate can be seen and tasted. We were all satisfied.
