: Review date:Obviously, tastes are different. I normally have the Voelkel one, but as the Höllinger one was in the "Sunder", I gave it a try. An extremely strange taste and odour experience. One customer described the overemphasis on malic acid, while I got a slight smell and taste of methylated spirits. The typical elderflower flavour is almost completely absent. I stick with the tried and tested or get my niece to give me some homemade stuff
Ganz offenbar sind die Geschmäcker verschieden. Normalweise habe ich den von Voelkel, aber da der von Höllinger im "Sunder" war, habe ich ihn ausprobiert. Ein äusserst seltsames Geschmacks- und Geruchserlebnis. Eine Kundin beschreibt die Überbetonung von Apfelsäure, bei mir kommt ein leichter Geruch und Geschmack von Brennspiritus an. Das typische Holunderblütenaroma fehlt dafür fast gänzlich. Ich bleib beim Bewährten oder lasse mir Selbstgemachten von meiner Nichte schenken

: Review date:The syrup contains malic acid, which I can strongly detect. The taste of the syrup is too sour for me. In comparison, the Voelkel organic elderflower syrup tastes better to me because it does not have this acidity. However, the Höllinger syrup is easier to measure because the neck of the bottle is much thinner. With the Voelkel syrup, you really have to be careful not to spill the entire contents into the glass when pouring. Nevertheless, a well-intentioned 3 out of 5 points, as it is certainly a matter of taste and I still use it.
Der Sirup enthält Apfelsäure, die ich stark rausschmecke. Mir ist der Sirup zu sauer im Geschmack. Im Vergleich schmeckt mir der Voelkel Bio Sirup Holunderblüte besser, da er nicht diese Säure hat. Dosieren lässt sich der Sirup von Höllinger allerdings besser, da der Flaschenhals wesentlich dünner ist. Beim Voelkel Sirup muss man echt aufpassen, dass beim Eingießen nicht der ganze Inhalt in das Glas schwappt. Trotzdem gut gemeinte 3 von 5 Punkten, da es sicherlich auch Geschmackssache ist und ich ihn trotzdem aufbrauche.

: Review date:Very tasty and not as sweet as other elderflower syrups. Very productive and really good quality. We drink it almost every day and it is also good for mixing with sparkling wine or similar.
Sehr lecker und nicht so süß wie andere Holunderblütensirups. Sehr ergiebig und wirklich gute Qualität. Wird bei uns fast täglich getrunken und kann auch gut zum Mischen mit Sekt oder ähnlichem verwendet werden.
