Gewürzmühle Brecht Organic White Pepper ground in a practical glass shaker with two different sized scatter openings. White pepper has fewer essential oils than black pepper and therefore less flavour but a more pronounced heat. Because of its colour, white pepper is preferred for seasoning light-coloured soups, sauces and broths, as well as all other spicy dishes. For the full flavour, only add towards the end of the cooking time.
