ErdmannHAUSER Organic Spicy Oat Burger

Indian-style vegan patties with ginger and turmeric

ErdmannHAUSER Organic Spicy Oat Burgers. Vegan ready-mix with an Indian twist for making approx. 4 spiced oat patties. For the Spicy Oat Patties, ErdmannHAUSER combines wholemeal oats with aromatic spices and carefully selected plant-based ingredients. Ready in just a few minutes.
Method
  1. Gently fry the contents of the packet in 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Add 250 ml water and bring to the boil briefly, stirring continuously.
  3. Set the pan aside and leave to soak for 15 minutes with the lid on.
  4. With damp hands, shape into 4 patties.
  5. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the patties over a medium heat on both sides until crispy.
Tip: Enjoy the patties as a burger, with vegetables or on their own as a snack.
