ErdmannHAUSER Organic Spicy Oat Burgers. Vegan ready-mix with an Indian twist for making approx. 4 spiced oat patties. For the Spicy Oat Patties, ErdmannHAUSER combines wholemeal oats with aromatic spices and carefully selected plant-based ingredients. Ready in just a few minutes.
Method
- Gently fry the contents of the packet in 1 tbsp oil.
- Add 250 ml water and bring to the boil briefly, stirring continuously.
- Set the pan aside and leave to soak for 15 minutes with the lid on.
- With damp hands, shape into 4 patties.
- Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the patties over a medium heat on both sides until crispy.
Tip: Enjoy the patties as a burger, with vegetables or on their own as a snack.
