Skin cells are renewed every 28 days. Mirroring this same regenerative cycle, Sensitive Care Conditioner should be used for 28 days in place of a toner.
We recommend a treatment per year for each decade of your life, e.g. three times a year at the age of 30. Apply daily after morning and evening cleansing. Twist off tab from the top of 1-2 ampoules and empty contents into cupped hand. Press gently and evenly to skin until the solution has been fully absorbed – include eyes, lips, earlobes, neck and décolleté.

Ich neige zu trockener und empfindlicher Haut. Ausserdem habe ich auch erweiterte Äderchen. Ich mache diese Kur drei mal im Jahr, sowie es von Hauschka empfohlen wird und meine Haut dankt es mir. Meine Haut sieht jung, frisch und vollkommen erholt aus. Die Kur ist zwar etwas teuer, aber dafür kann man sich einen Besuch bei der Kosmetikerin sparen. Statt 4 mal im jahr gehe ich jetzt nur noch 3 mal im Jahr hin. Diese Kur ist einfach toll!

As a confirmed neurodermatitis sufferer with thin, hypersensitive, dry and redness-prone skin, I have solved all my skin problems for most of my life by applying cream. The face creams got richer and richer, the layers thicker and thicker - but I managed the feeling of tightness and possible outbreaks of eczema quite well with it. It's just that my skin usually looked quite tired and a little grey.
I came across the concept of oil-free night care at Dr. Hauschka's. I quickly ignored my initial reaction ("this is not for my sensitive skin") and, mainly out of curiosity, treated myself to this treatment for the recommended 28 days as a transitional aid. I was determined to stick it out for 28 days, and that was a good thing, because the first reaction of my skin - apart from the inevitable cry for more FAT - was quite frightening: starting from one cheek, all the skin on my face started to crust once in a clockwise direction. It wasn't eczema, didn't itch and I didn't find it hard to keep my hands off, but it looked bad enough that my resolve was sorely tested. But I persevered and was rewarded: after the 28 days, my skin looked fresher and clearer than it had since long past teenage years.
Since then, I have been caring for my skin with the method recommended by Dr. Hauschka. If I feel tight during the day, I apply a thin layer of Rose Day Cream, but I can easily tolerate the tightness at night, and my skin obviously thanks me.
By the way, the price almost put me off - I don't really have it that lavish. But this treatment was worth every euro, my reflection in the mirror tells me. And since I no longer need the particularly rich after-creams, this investment has also paid for itself in a few months.
Braucht viel Mut, aber es lohnt sich!
Als eingefleischter Neurodermitiker mit dünner, hypersensibler, trockener und zu Rötungen neigender Haut habe ich den Großteil meines Lebens alle Hautprobleme mit eincremen gelöst. Die Gesichtscremes wurden immer reichhaltiger, die Schichten immer dicker - aber ich habe das Spannungsgefühl und eventuelle Ausbrüche von Ekzemen damit ganz gut in den Griff bekommen. Nur sah meine Haut meist recht müde und ein wenig grau aus.
Auf das Konzept der fettfreien Nachtpflege bin ich bei Dr. Hauschka gestoßen, habe meine erste Reaktion ("das ist nichts für meine empflindliche Haut") kurzerhand übergangen und habe mir, hauptsächlich aus Neugier, für die empfohlenen 28 Tage diese Kur als Übergangshilfe gegönnt. Ich hatte mir ganz fest vorgenommen, 28 Tage durchzuhalten und das war auch wirklich gut so, denn die erste Reaktion meiner Haut war - abgesehen von dem unvermeidlichen Schrei nach mehr FETT - doch recht erschreckend: von einer Wange aus gingen alle Hautstellen im Gesicht einmal im Uhrzeigersinn in Krusten auf. Es war kein Ekzem, hat nicht gejuckt und es fiel mir auch nicht schwer, die Finger davon zu lassen, aber es sah schlimm genug aus, dass meine Entschlossenheit auf eine harte Probe gestellt wurde. Aber ich habe durchgehalten und wurde dafür belohnt: nach den 28 Tagen sah meine Haut frisch und klar aus wie schon seit längst vergangenen Teenagerzeiten nicht mehr.
Seitdem pflege ich meine Haut mit der von Dr. Hauschka empfohlenen Methode. Eventuell Spannungsgefühle tagsüber creme ich dünn mit Rosencreme nach, die Spannungsgefühle nachts halte ich einfach aus und meine Haut dankt es mir offensichtlich.
Der Preis hätte mich übrigens beinahe abgeschreckt - so üppig habe ich es eigentlich nicht. Aber diese Kur war jeden Euro wert, sagt mir mein Spiegelbild. Und da ich die besonders reichhaltigen Nachcremes nicht mehr brauche, hat sich diese Investition auch in wenigen Monaten amortisiert.
