I love the Lemon Lemongrass Body Oil by Dr. Hauschka. I usually use it in the evening after showering. I have found that it is best absorbed when the skin is still a little damp. It leaves a soft feeling on the skin and the fresh scent of lemon immediately puts you in a good mood. It is very rich, you don't need much and that's why one bottle always lasts me a long time.

Ich liebe das Pflegeöl Zitrone Lemongrass von Dr. Hauschka. Ich benutze es meist abends nach dem Duschen. Ich habe festgestellt dass es am besten einzieht wenn die Haut noch etwas feucht ist. Es hinterlässt ein weiches Gefühl auf der Haut und der frische Duft nach Zitrone hinterlässt sofort gute Laune. Es ist sehr reichhaltig, man braucht nicht viel und deshalb reicht mir so eine Flasche auch immer sehr lange.

I prefer to use the body oil in the evening, when I have some free time after a bath or shower. A little ritual to treat the body to some care. When the skin is still slightly moist, the oil is best massaged in. It is important to remember that the emulsion is not immediately absorbed into the skin. However, you should not think of the oil as cooking oil. After application, the skin feels nourished and velvety soft. I like the refreshing lime scent. I have not yet noticed any firming effect. But I probably use the body oil too irregularly for that.

Am liebsten benutze ich das Körperöl abends, wenn ich nach dem Baden oder Duschen noch etwas freie Zeit habe. Eine kleines Ritual um dem Körper mal wieder etwas Pflege zu gönnen. Ist die Haut noch leicht feucht, lässt sich das Öl am Besten einmassieren. Es sollte dabei berücksichtigt werden, dass die Emulsion nicht sofort in die Haut einzieht. Man darf sich das Öl aber nicht wie Speiseöl vorstellen. Nach der Anwendung fühlt sich die Haut gepflegt und samtig weich an. Der erfrischende Duft nach Limetten gefällt mir gut. Eine straffende Wirkung konnte ich bisher noch nicht feststellen. Aber wahrscheinlich benutze ich das Körperöl dafür auch zu unregelmäßig.

I have been using the oil for a month and am very satisfied with it. Of course, you can't expect miracles, but the skin on my thighs feels delicately cared for and I see slight improvements. I'm sure this is simply due to the fact that the affected areas are massaged really well once a day (in the evening after a shower). The oil spreads nicely and smells very fresh and pleasant. It is not immediately absorbed, but that is good, otherwise the massage would not work. All in all, highly recommended, I'll stay tuned.

Ich verwende das Öl seit einem Monat und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Natürlich darf man keine Wunder erwarten, aber die Haut an den Oberschenkeln fühlt sich zart gepflegt an und ich sehe leichte Verbesserungen. Das liegt sicher auch einfach daran, dass die betroffenen Stellen einmal am Tag (abends nach er Dusche) richtig gut durchmassiert werden. Das Öl lässt sich schön verteilen, riecht sehr frisch und angenehm. Es zieht nicht sofort ein, aber das ist ja gut so, sonst würde die Massage nicht klappen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, ich bleibe dran.

In order to be able to make a positive or negative statement regarding the reduction of the appearance of cellulite, the product should be applied for a few weeks. Although this is not yet the case for me, what I can report so far is that the oil is extremely soft and glides over the surface of the skin like a second skin. It is very easy to rub in and the citrus scent is refreshing and invigorating. After about half an hour to an hour, the smell is gone, but in the evening before going to sleep, it is very good for me and my inner peace.

Ich dachte immer, (Haut-) Öl ist Öl. Doch das Dr. Hauschka Pflegeöl hat mich eines besseren belehrt. Um eine positive oder negative Aussage bezüglich der Minderung des Cellulite-Erscheinungsbildes treffen zu können, sollte das Produkt einige Wochen angewandt werden. Zwar ist das bei mir noch nicht der Fall, doch was ich bisher berichten kann, ist, dass das Öl extrem weich ist und wie eine zweite Haut über die Hautoberfläche gleitet. Es lässt sich sehr gut verreiben und der Geruch nach Zitrusfrüchten erfrischt und belebt. Nach etwa einer halben bis einer Stunde ist der Geruch verflogen, doch abends vor dem Einschlafen kommt das mir und meiner inneren Ruhe sehr entgegen.
