: Review date:Delicious ghee! Has a somewhat grisly consistency, but this is completely normal for a real ghee. It will definitely keep for 3-4 months at room temperature. I couldn't test it for longer, as I often use it up earlier. If you don't want to make your own ghee, you can put up with the not-so-cheap price.
Köstliches Ghee! Hat eine etwas griselige Konsistenz, was aber bei einem echten Ghee völlig normal ist. Hält bei Zimmertemperatur auf jeden Fall 3-4 Monate. Länger konnte ich es nicht testen, da ich es oft schon früher verbrauche. Wer sein Ghee nicht selbst herstellen will, nimmt den nicht gerade günstigen Preis gern in Kauf.

: Review date:Actually, I have always thought that ghee is ghee, there is no difference. But Cosmoveda's Pure Ghee proved me wrong: it has a wonderful scent and taste of butter, a beautiful yellow colour and a great consistency. I will not buy any other ghee again.
Eigentlich habe ich immer gedacht, Ghee sei Ghee, da gäbe es keine Unterschiede. Aber das Pure Ghee von Cosmoveda hat mich eines Besseren belehrt: Herrlicher Duft und Geschmack nach Butter, schöne gelbe Farbe und tolle Konsistenz. Ich werde kein anderes Ghee mehr kaufen.

Sehr gutes Ghee, wie handgemacht. Weich und rund im Geschmack und duftig. Eine Bereicherung für jede Speise! Vor allem wirklich "pure", also keine Spur von muffigen Gerüchen, die auf unvollkommene Reinheit hinweisen, wie leider bei manch anderen industriellen Ghee-Sorten zu finden. Dies hier trägt den Namen Ghee zu recht.

: Review date:Unfortunately, this batch of ghee did not "turn out" as well as before. The good butterfat separated and what was left was now a fine pool of butter oil in the large remainder of quite crumbly clarified butter. Ja! and I'm not really happy with that. Production errors here and there don't necessarily affect the target quality though, I've used it and it doesn't seem to have any effect on the food being processed further. (to wit: Obviously, there is no real "rancidity", so you can't notice anything in terms of taste).
Leider war diese Charge Ghee nicht so gut "geraten" wie bisher. Das gute Butterfett hat sich getrennt und übrig geblieben ist nun eine feine Butteröllache im großen Rest recht krümeligen Butterschmalz. Ja, und damit bin ich eigentlich nicht zufrieden. Produktionsfehler beeinträchtigen hie und da allerdings nicht unbedingt die Ziel-Qualität, ich habe es benutzt und es scheint keinerlei Auswirkungen auf die weiter verarbeitenden Speisen zu haben. (soll heissen: Offensichtlich liegt keine wirkliche "Ranzigkeit" vor, geschmacklich also kann man diesbezgl. nichts merken)
