Chuan Organic Pai-Mu-Tan. For Chuan Pai-Mu-Tan, the first tender leaves and buds are harvested in the spring and gently dried. The translation of Pai-Mu-Tan is: white peony. It was the name of a princess who fled her parents' castle so she could be with her lover. Poverty did not disturb her happiness. The legend says, that from a taken along green tea plant the Pai-Mu-Tan was created with its particularly mild, delicate floral taste.

Application:
Bring fresh water to a boil and let it cool to approx. 80°C. Add a heaped teaspoon (2 to 3 g) of green tea per cup. Let the tea brew for about 2 to 3 minutes, then strain.
