Campo Verde Organic Bulgur from Durum Wheat. The whole, intact grain is broken down without overpressure or other time-shortening measures. After swelling, the grain is dried in rotary kilns, then ground and cleaned. Bulgur tastes best as a side dish to oriental food, but also as a salad or in soups and casseroles.
Basic recipe: 
About 40 g per person and meal. 
1/3 bulgur, 2/3 water, a little salt.

Pour boiling water over bulgur, simmer for 2 min. and leave to swell for 15-20 min. until warm. 
The product is very yielding. Leftover bulgur after the main meal is excellent as a substitute for muesli or for patties the next day.
