Byodo Organic Casarecce Rice-Corn. Casarecce is a pasta variety that was probably invented in Sicily. The name is derived from the Italian "casereccio", which means homemade. I used it to make a casserole with feta and spinach and have to say that I didn't notice any difference between durum wheat pasta.

Hab mir damit einen Auflauf mit Feta und Spinat gemacht und muss sagen, dass ich keinen Unterschied Hartweizenpasta gemerkt habe.
