Eine ganz tolle Soße! Einzig die Schärfe fehlt ein wenig, aber da kann man ggf. ja selbst nachhelfen. Für Reis-, oder Gemüsepfannen, genau so wie zu Fischstäbchen, Frühlingsrollen - ich esse diese Soße gerne überall dazu, weil sie einfach sehr fruchtig-aromatisch ist und vielen Gerichten so einen besonderen eigenen (oder eher asiatischen) Touch verleiht.
