: Review date:We wanted to try buckwheat groats (inspired by the good properties of the groats). Prepared according to instructions. Used Allos unsweetened almond drink. Consistency thick porridge, appearance rather glassy. Flavour supplemented with cinnamon and fruit (Zwergenwiese jar of sour cherries) is fine for us. Will test a little more, but not quite our cup of tea. Buckwheat flakes or buckwheat semolina taste better to us so far.
Wollten wir mal die Buchweizengrütze testen (animiert durch gute Eigenschaften der Grütze). Nach Anleitung zubereitet. Verwendet Allos Mandeldrink ungesüsst. Konsistenz zäher Brei, Optik eher glasig. Geschmack mit Zimt ergänzt und Früchten (Konserve Zwergenwiese Glas Sauerkirschen) für uns in Ordnung. Werden noch ein wenig testen, aber nicht ganz so unser Fall. Buchweizenflocken oder Buchweizengrieß schmecken uns bisher besser.
