Application:
Dosage for 500 ml of liquid:

Dosage for pastries:
Replace 1/3 of the flour with the fine starch.
Preparation:
Mix fine starch in a little cold liquid until it is smooth. Stir into the remaining boiling liquid and boil for at least 1 minute.

Bisher immer nach Rezept verwendet und immer wurden die Gebäcke perfekt (so "perfekt", wie ich sie zuhause hinbekomme zumindest). Desserts habe ich nicht ausprobiert.
