BioVegan Organic Baking Mixture My Pancakes. Life without pancakes is possible, but pointless. Whether for breakfast or for a sweet snack in between. Rice and wholemeal oat flour provide the fluffy consistency of the pancakes and the bourbon vanilla for the sweet taste.
Preparation
For the Pancakes you will need:
270ml soy drink, 140g apple puree, a little oil for frying, whisk, coated pan.
- Put the pancake mix in a bowl with the soy drink and apple puree and whisk until smooth.
- Preheat the pan to medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add 2 tbsp batter per pancake to the pan and bake until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes). Turn the pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and bake again for 1-2 minutes from the other side.
Tip: You can also replace the apple puree with a mashed ripe banana.
