Briefly fry the ingredients in a large saucepan with oil. Deglaze with 100 ml of white wine and allow to reduce, stirring continuously. Gradually add approx. 700 ml of hot water and simmer for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft but still has a bit of bite. Remove the saucepan from the heat, stir in a little butter and leave to rest briefly before serving.
