BioGourment Organic Pumpkin Risotto. Creamy yet with a little bite - that's how risotto should be! Carnaroli rice is used for this risotto. Round and harmonious in flavour, refined with the aromatic note of miso paste, this risotto is a successful reinterpretation of the classic dish.
Preparation recommendation:
- Briefly sauté the contents in a wide pan with oil.
- Deglaze with 100 ml white wine and reduce while stirring.
- Gradually add approx. 700 ml hot water and simmer for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft but still has some bite.
- Remove the pan from the heat, mix in a little butter or Parmesan cheese and leave to rest briefly before serving.
