Spelt rice with vegetables and fine spices

BioGourmet Colourful Spelt Risotto. A Mediterranean composition for quick organic cooking. Carefully ground spelt grains cook in a similar way to rice and are therefore ready to eat after approx. 25 minutes. Peas, courgettes, tomato and aubergine pieces are gently air-dried. Finely seasoned with spices, they complement the spelt rice to create a flavoursome version of a classic risotto alla verdura.

Application:

Fry the contents of the packet in a pan with a little olive oil until it is slightly fragrant. Then add 500 ml water and simmer for approx. 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Refine with a little olive oil and 50-100 g Parmesan cheese as desired.
