Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 1 pack Beltane biofix Pasta Asciutta
- 200g spaghetti
- 200g minced meat
- 100g carrots
- 100 g tomato paste
- 200 ml water
- Cook spaghetti in salted water, grate carrots and provide water.
- Give one to two tablespoons of cooking oil (olive oil, for example) along with spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a frying pan. Then heat hotplate. Once the spices exude their scents, add minced meat and brown. Add carrots and briefly sear.
- Add water, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and tomato paste and finish cooking with the lid closed in 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
