Two-step seasoning: During frying the precious spices are unlocked, giving the dish its authentic taste. When the fluid is added, the aromatic herbs that are stirred in give the dish its authentic touch. The spices and herbs blend perfectly with the fresh ingredients – a rich and natural experience for the palate!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Beltane biofix Chicken Kashmir
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 small onion
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml water
- 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Dice the chicken and cut the onion into small pieces. Prepare cream and water.
- Mix 1-2 tbs. cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a non-stick frying pan. Heat gently until spices exude their scent, add the meat and the onions and sear until browned.
- Add water and cream, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and simmer covered at low heat for about 5 minutes or until meat is cooked. Stir occasionally.

: Review date:For some time now, we have enjoyed having it on our plates again and again, as it is very tasty. With only 200 ml of liquid per whole bag, the Chicken Kashmir is TOO intense for us. Instead of cream, we use 400 ml coconut milk - alternatively, you could also use half the amount of biofix ;-)
Seit geraumer Zeit immer wieder gern auf dem Teller, da sehr sehr lecker. Mit nur 200 ml Flüssigkeit auf einen ganzen Beutel ist uns das Chicken Kashmir ZU intensiv. Wir verwenden statt Sahne 400 ml Kokosmilch - wahlweise könnte man auch die halbe Menge biofix nehmen. ;-)

The Biofixes all have a good, balanced seasoning, I like almost all of them very much. The Chicken Kashmir is one of my favourites. Quick to prepare, spicy and delicious.
Die Beltane-Würzmischungen sind alle einfach zuzubereiten, man gibt bei den Pfannen-Biofixen zunächst mal Tüte 1 mit etwas Öl in die Pfanne und brät, wenn das Öl warm ist, das Fleisch darin an.
Die Biofixe haben samt und sonders eine gute, ausgewogene Würzung, ich mag sie fast alle sehr gerne. Das Chicken Kaschmir ist hierbei eine meiner Lieblingssorten. Schnell zubereitet, würzig und lecker.
