Baking mixture for bread rolls based on oats

Bauck 8 Wunderbrødchen Oats Organic Baking Mixture. Pure pleasure - fine-grained and juicy on the inside, with a mild taste. A highlight for breakfast, brunch, buffet or snack. The preparation is very simple: add water, let it swell, shape it and put it in the oven!
Preparation for 8 rolls
 
You need: 350 g bread roll mix, 400 ml water (lukewarm)
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
  2. Briefly mix the bread roll mixture with water in a bowl. Leave the dough mixture to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. With moistened hands, divide the dough mixture into eight equal-sized pieces, roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the dough pieces so that they are about 2 cm high. 
  4. Place the rolls (without rising time) on medium-high in the preheated oven.
  5. Remove from the oven after about 35 minutes and leave to cool well on a wire rack. 
Tip: Well suited for freezing.

My favourite of the Wunderbrodchen so far. They go wonderfully with both sweet and savoury dishes and "fit in perfectly". With the other varieties, some were a little too strong in flavour for sweet things, which went better with savoury.

Bisher mein Favorit bei den Wunderbrodchen. Sie passen sowohl zu Süßem wie zu Herzhaftem ganz wunderbar und "passen sich super an". Bei den anderen Sorten waren einige für die süßen Sachen etwas zu stark im "Eigengeschmack", der mehr zu Herzhaften passte.
