Ich mische manchmal noch eine zermörserte Chili von Sonnentor hinzu, die mit ihrer herrlichen Schärfe für Feuerwerk sorgt. Aber auch schon alleine ist der Teig schön deftig. Mir gelingen die Bällchen langsam auch richtig gut, braucht aber etwas Übung. Wie alles in der Küche. ;-)
