Bauck Organic Spelt Kaiserschmarrn Baking Mixture. All you need is milk and 2 eggs. In just a few minutes a warm dish is ready to eat. The vegan preparation succeeds with a soy drink. Serve the Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar, with fresh fruit, fruit compote or apple sauce.
Preparation
Add either 175 ml of milk and 2 eggs (or 150 ml soy drink)
Put the eggs in a bowl. Add the dough mix and half of the milk and stir well. After that add the remaining milk and mix to a smooth dough. Heat some butter or fat in a pan over medium heat and pour the whole dough into it. Spread the raisins well in the pan. After 3-5 minutes, when the edge has solidified, quarter the on the surface still some liquid dough and turn around it. Back it 2-3 minutes. Then rip it into small pieces and bake it just about for 1 minute.
Vegan preparation
Mix the mixture with 150 ml of soy drink into a smooth dough. Then continue as above.
