Bauck Organic Spelt Chocolate Muffins Baking Mixture. The best thing about a muffin is that it's not a cake. A muffin is just as tasty but much easier to handle, baked faster and automatically pretty thanks to the colorful cupcake liner in the pack. The muffins can be prepared classically with milk, butter and egg or vegan with margarine and water.
Contains 12 baking tins with changing motifs.

Preparation:
Add these ingredients: 75 g soft butter, 2 eggs, 75 ml milk
For vegan preparation: 100 g soft margarine (bakeable), 100 ml water or plant-based drink (soya or oat drink)

It's that simple:
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C with top and bottom heat.
  2. Pour the baking mix into a bowl and mix with the butter, eggs and milk to form a smooth batter.
    For vegan preparation, melt the margarine in a pan, then add the water or plant-based drink. Place the baking mixture for the batter in a bowl and mix with the margarine and plant drink mixture until smooth.
  3. Place 12 muffin cases in a muffin tin or baking tray. Then fill the moulds evenly with batter.
  4. The baking time is approx. 25 minutes. Bake variations with fruit for approx. 30 minutes.
