Baking mixture for 1 baking tray or 2 round springform pans

Bauck Organic Pizza Dough Spelt Baking Mixture. Tastes like homemade and is quick and easy to prepare. You just add water and oil. Prepare for 5 minutes, bake for 20 minutes. Sufficient for baking one tray or two round springform pans pizza.
Preparation:
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes.
Baking time: approx. 20 minutes.
  1. Preheat oven to 220 °C (gas: level 4, fan oven: 190 °C).
  2. Put the packet contents in a bowl. Add 175 ml lukewarm water and 3 tablespoons of oil (e.g. olive oil).
  3. Mix with a spoon and then knead well by hand or use a hand mixer (dough hook) to form a smooth dough.
  4. Dust the dough and work surface lightly with flour. Roll out the dough for a baking tray (approx. 35 x 30 cm) or two round springform tins (Ø 28 cm). Grease the baking tin with oil and place the dough on top.
  5. Spread the dough evenly with tomato sauce, top with topping of your choice and season to taste.
  6. Bake on the lowest shelf for approx. 15-20 minutes (electric oven: 220 °C preheated, gas: level 5, fan oven: 190 °C).

A very good pizza dough. Super easy to prepare and just as easy to work with. No matter what the pizza is topped with, the dough is suitable for all variations. A great product. Will gladly buy again.

Has little to do with a normal pizza dough. Baking agents and oat flakes simply do not belong in it. Furthermore, a pizza dough should "rise" for an appropriate amount of time. To my taste, it smells and tastes sour like the commercial pizzas you buy.

Hat mit einem normalen Pizzateig wenig zu tun. Backtriebmittel und Haferflocken gehören da einfach nicht hinein. Weiter sollte ein Pizzateig eine entsprechende Zeit "gehen". Riecht und schmeckt nach meinem Empfinden säuerlich wie die gekauften handelsüblichen Pizzen.
