Rinse the algae mix in a sieve and simply steep in a cold or warm liquid for 1-2 minutes. Process according to the recipe.

Intense taste of the sea. Delicious! We use the seaweed leaves in the salt mill together with non-iodised rock salt to meet our iodine requirements.
