Dosage: 500 g of preserving sugar for 1 kg of fruit or 700 ml of fruit juice.
- Spread: Wash the fruit, stone if necessary, puree and then mix with the gelling sugar.
- Jelly: Mix cold, unsweetened fruit juice with gelling sugar.
- Bring to the boil in a pot and continue to boil for 4 minutes, stirring until bubbling.
- Carry out a gelling sample.
- Then fill to the brim in boiled jars and seal well.
