Panifactum Organic Lower Carb¹ Bread Baking Mix The Nutty One. Sunflower seeds, linseed, crunchy walnuts, chia seeds and psyllium husks - this nutty combination results in a light and fluffy bread with an intense flavour and crispy crust. Without cereals, starch, soya or yeast. You only need eggs and quark for mixing. The pack makes either one loaf of approx. 360 g or 8-12 rolls.

For a loaf of bread, place the mixture in a bowl and add 3 eggs and 190 g quark (20% fat). Knead the dough and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan or top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the dough into a ball with wet hands and then into an oval shape. Place on the baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 70-80 minutes.
Tip: You can also make 8-12 smaller rolls and bake them at 180 °C for 30-40 minutes.
