Lecker's Organic Grated Orange Zest. Sun-ripened oranges are processed into fine, dried zest and enhanced with organic orange oil, giving them a wonderfully distinctive flavour. The zest adds a fresh, fruity note not only to baked goods, but also to desserts, drinks and savoury dishes. Whether in mulled wine, tea and punch, in custards, ice cream and biscuits, or in savoury classics such as chicken fricassee and Königsberger meatballs, the orange peel is incredibly versatile.
